Clock Tower, Waterloo Uptown Waterloo.  Perhaps this was City Hall at one point, I’m not entirely sure.  I remember it being a trendy restaurant called “Times Square” a few years back, but that’s gone now.  It seems to me that Waterloo has done a reasonable job of preserving its historic architecture.
