Police v Citizens

It is simply incredible to me that this could happen at all, and worse, that this is how it is how things are supposed to work.  Pardon me?  What happened to critical thinking?  Or civil rights?  Would a judge grant a warrant for search and seizure on the basis of the unsubstantiated word of a four year old?  Really?  Funny, I read nothing about an apology.
