It offends me that Canada’s government would try to game Canadians with doublespeak.
Changing the short title “lawful access act” to “protecting children from Internet predators act” after they started passing it out was not only an insult, but ridiculous.
The only mention of children found in this repressive piece of draft legislation is in the rebranded short title.
